The Recap

National Day of Action for Maternal Mental Health

On March 10, 2026, thousands of people across the U.S. advocated for an INCREASE in federal funding for maternal mental health programs that serve thousands of moms every year.

Our goal is simple: More federal funding means more moms can get the help they deserve.

People across the U.S. joined the Day of Action in 2 ways:

#1 Virtual Congressional Meetings

This is where people advocated for maternal mental health by participating in meetings with Congressional offices.

#2 Online Advocacy Campaign

This is where people advocated for maternal mental health by using MMHLA’s online advocacy tool to call and email their Members of Congress.
